No Contingency Plan

One of the baffling aspects of the vaccine roll out is that there's no contingency plan. Never before has the world engaged in a medical experiment of this scale. Yet no-one has considered what to do in the off chance that the vaccine proves disastrous. This failure to plan is at every level of society, from the international and corporate down to local community and family. Everybody assumes that the experiment will be a success. However, there's always a chance that an experiment like this will end in disaster. What then? Who will take care of the children if all the adults become too sick to take care of them?

At a very minimum, every family should have at least one un-vaccinated adult for every so many children.
