We've had an unusually dry winter in Portugal. So much so that it's drawn international attention. However, it's currently raining cats and dogs outside, and the drought is already over. What was seen as yet another proof of global warming has come to nothing.
My prediction from January has come true. The rain that we didn't get during the winter has come now instead. Winter may still have been dryer than usual, but not so dry as to cause any harm. The reservoirs are filled back up, and there will be no need for emergency measures.
