Conspiracy to Deceive

There are two conditions that have to be met before we can hope to see a repeat of the Nuremberg trials.

  1. The current political elite must be deposed
  2. A case must be made based on natural law

The first condition will only happen if a sufficient number of people wake up to the crime that has been committed against us. The second condition requires some basic understanding of natural law:

Only those directly involved in criminal actions can be held responsible for damages. Hence, it's the minions and mindless drones of the establishment that will stand trial for direct bodily harm.

Very few among the elite have engaged in any coercive action. They have merely promoted it, which is legal. However, they have also conspired to deceive the public. That's fraud, which is a crime.

The case against the elite will have to be based on the presumption that they conspired against the public. There has to be prof of this, and there has to be evidence of damage directly connected to this.

Damage caused by order followers cannot be directly attributed to the elite. The evil was executed by minions, not the elite. However, the minions can in many cases defend themselves by claiming to have been deceived, in which case the damage done by the minions will be attributed to deception.

This will spawn a dynamic where everyone blames everyone else. The minions will blame the elite, and the elite will blame others. They too will claim to have been deceived.

The ultimate scapegoats are likely to be media censors. It was after all the job of fact checkers to keep everyone informed. The claim that the vaccine was safe and effective will be held up as a prime example of deception, and whoever came up with this phrase will be targeted by minions and politicians alike.

The 5th Empire - Fraud

Giving orders is not a crime in the 5th Empire. But acting them out is a crime if the perpetrator knows that the orders are in violation of the golden rule. However, if the order is fraudulent and deceptive, the order giver may nevertheless be held responsible for damage.

For example, the current prime minister of Norway was the minister of defense during the war against Gaddafi. When asked by the Obama administration to bomb orphanages suspected of hiding Gaddafi, he did not hesitate to forward the order to the air force, and the orphanages were bombed without warnings. Hundreds of children were likely killed as a consequence.

The targets were never a secret. The pilots knew what they were doing. But they chose nevertheless to follow orders. That's a cut and dry case of a crime committed by Norwegian pilots. They should have recognized the order for what it was, and refused to act.

The current prime minister committed a sin, but not a crime. He didn't bomb any children. He merely suggested that this should be done. However, had he held back information, and made a convincing case for the bombing as a necessary act of self defense, the case would have been different. But there's no way he could have done that. Libya was never a threat to Norway. Even if the targets' specifics were a secret to the pilots, they should have refused to act. Dropping bombs on civilians in far away places cannot in any way be seen as legitimate.

This logic derives from the fact that anarchies like the 5th Empire or God's Kingdom on Earth don't recognize the state as a legitimate authority on anything. Crimes are perpetrated by individuals. And merely saying something is not a crime. The acting agents in the case above were the pilots, and hence, it's the pilots that will have to stand trail on judgment day. They may try to defend themselves, claiming that they were deceived by the minister, but that's unlikely to stand.

The only type of speech that can be considered criminal in an anarchy is fraud. This includes deception and pretending to be something that we're not. But this is only a crime if it results in damage. The fraud has to be sufficiently clever to trick people, and there has to be intent. The fraudster is not merely an eccentric pretending to be something he's not. He's pretending to be what he isn't for the purpose of tricking people into doing something against their interest.

This means that most people on my list of vaccine proponents are innocent of any crime. However, some have claimed to be experts on matters they have little knowledge of. They have lied with the intent to defraud the public. They have claimed to know things that they cannot possibly know.

What separates a lie from an order is that an openly evil order can be stopped simply by not acting on it. The minions are not obliged to act. They are not being defrauded. They are therefore the true culprits. However, a lie doesn't go through any middle men. They are projected directly at the public, and those who fall for it can legitimately sue for damage.

The most common crime perpetrated by politicians, journalists and corporate leaders is fraud. These people don't normally commit acts of physical harm. But they do lie, and they do this a lot. Their entire careers are sometimes built on fraud.

This is now on full display. Not a day goes by without some politician or journalist claiming that children must be vaccinated in order for us all to be safe. This is evil, and should be punished as such. However, these same people cannot be held responsible for mandates and regulations that require the cooperation of minions. For that type of crime, it is the minions that are at fault, and they must be held personally responsible for their actions, just like those higher up must be held responsible for their lies.

A Saturday in Porto

My wife and I decided to go downtown to do a few errands and have a sit down at a café with a view of the river. It takes us about ten minutes to walk into the center of Porto from where we live, and a further ten minutes to get to the two delicatessens my wife had in mind; one selling coffee, and the other one specializing in fine foods.

A further five minutes walk in the direction of the river got us to one of the many backstreets and alleys of Porto. This is where the café my wife had in mind is located.

It's a curious aspect of Porto that some of the poorest areas are located in the most picturesque parts of town. The reason for this is that the alleys are impossible to navigate by car. Everything has to be carried in and out by hand, and a stunning view of the river Duoro is not sufficiently rewarding for people to want to live there. There's also too little tourism in these places to allow for wholesale refurbishment, so the properties remain relatively dilapidated.

A consequence of this is that cafés in these locations are as affordable as the view is stunning. There are not enough tourists for prices to be raised to the levels seen in central areas of town. With everybody scared stiff of the virus, there's even less business, and even less incentive to raise prices. Hence, we had pretty much the café's entire terrace to ourselves, we had excellent service, and our meal came at a reasonable price.

There was nothing wrong with the temperatures. We kept our jackets on, but there was no wind, and the sun was sufficiently strong to make the experience pleasant. The absence of clients would have been a complete mystery had it not been for the campaign of fear launched against us by snake oil salesmen on TV. People are staying at home. The only ones out and about are the ones unaffected by the fear mongering, and those who have to leave their houses for essential errands.

Porto's Dom Luís I Bridge, usually packed with tourists, was relatively void of people. If the goal of the fear mongering was to crush the tourism industry, I'd say they've succeeded.

But none of this bothered my wife or me. We ordered a beer and a Francesinha for each of us, leaned back, and enjoyed the experience.

We live in strange and unusual times. However, none of the restrictions tossed at us have so far affected us much. We see people hurry about with their masks tucked in over their noses. That's sad and disheartening. But others do like us; walk about with their masks hidden from view, and only putting them on when absolutely necessary.

There's sufficiently many of us to make it clear that a substantial minority is fed up and finished with the scare campaign. We are not yet in a majority, but no-one is any longer approaching us with a lecture in mind. Wearing a mask has become a personal choice.

Incompetence on Full Display

Lawyers and judges are no more competent in making life decisions than anyone else. This is now on full display in the American Supreme Court. Not only are some of these experts clueless as to the severity of the virus, some have taken the vaccine in the belief that it will protect them from illness. One of the lawyers arguing against Biden's mandates took the vaccine in the belief that it would protect him. Yet, there he is, infected all the same.

The fact that all supreme court justices have taken the vaccine is proof positive that they are no smarter than anyone else when it comes to basic decision making. They are as gullible and prone to group think as anyone.

If they were as smart as many believe them to be, they should have known within weeks of the vaccine rollout that it was both dangerous and ineffective. It should also have been clear to them as early as April 2020 that the virus was mutating towards something harmless. After all, if a layman like myself could figure this out from evidence picked out of news stories, experts should have seen it all the more clearly.

Then there're the politicians who spend all their time arguing about how to deal with what is by now a mild flu. One would think that they might have better things to do than to fret over the sniffles. However, these geniuses are now in their third year arguing about what remedy to choose.

It's becoming increasingly clear that the people who thinks themselves in charge of things are in fact clueless. Even the simplest challenge is a struggle for these people, and it's right down dangerous to trust them with anything.

This comes as no surprise to me. I've been a practicing anarchist since 2011, and I never trusted the so called experts even before this. Truth is that we have no need of any of these busybodies. Everything can be organized voluntarily, including law and security, and the sooner we realize this, the sooner we'll be rid of the dead weight that is the political elite and their bureaucracy.

Being Openly Satanic

Politicians and journalists were busy selling their snake oil through the holidays. The prime minister's new year's speech was full of praise for the vaccinated, and full of concern for the children. A special thought went out to the little ones who only now have the opportunity to get injected with the same snake oil that their parents have taken. Only when everyone is injected and properly boosted can we all feel safe.

Such is the life of a politician these days. No opportunity to sell the mystery serum must go to waste. Promoting snake oil is their number one priority. Everything else can wait.

The message was not as overt as described above. I've filled in the blanks. I've connected the dots, and so have many more besides me. However, it seems that a lot of people have failed to see the true significance of the prime minister's appeal; namely that it's fundamentally satanic:

Never mind that children have a greater chance of serious illness from the vaccine than from the virus. They must be vaccinated to keep us safe. Our children must be sacrificed for the common good.

That's a message that Lucifer would agree with.

No politician has yet said this straight out, but some parents have. Only yesterday, a parent said pretty much exactly this when interviewed at a clinic where the mystery serum is distributed to children. The all-important thing was to keep everybody safe. The risk to her children was worth taking in light of the common good.

I could hardly believe what I heard. People are so convinced that Satanism is a myth that they offer up their own children as sacrificial lambs without question.

Clothes Hangers and Wardrobes

Clothes hangers come with hooks, and wardrobes come with poles to hang these hooks onto. It's a simple system, so no manual is needed to explain this. However, there's nevertheless an issue related to this that warrants some attention. Which way is the right way to hang the hooks onto the poles? Is it best to hang the hangers with the hooks facing away from us or towards us?

As it turns out, the answer to this depends on the wardrobe. If we are dealing with a spacious wardrobe, the hooks of the hangers should be facing away from us. This saves us that extra move of the hand that would otherwise be required to hang the hangers onto the poles.

However, if we are dealing with a small wardrobe with a pole positioned close to its ceiling, hooks of hangers should be facing towards us. This is because there's not enough room between the pole and the ceiling of the wardrobe to allow for hangers to be lifted onto the pole. The hangers must be tilted for their hooks to slide onto the poles.

If the hooks face away from us, we have to tilt the hangers into the wardrobe in order to get their hooks onto the pole. But since the wardrobe is small and narrow, the hangers hit the back of the wardrobe. It becomes a struggle to get hangers onto the pole. The solution to this is to hold the hangers with their hooks towards us. The tilt is then out of the wardrobe, rather than into it, and there's no longer a struggle to get hangers onto the pole.

Some may find it irritating that such a simple problem has two solutions. Why not settle on one solution? If so, we must settle on the one solution that fits all wardrobes, regardless of size, and that is to hold the hooks towards us. If we do this consistently, we loose some efficiency when faced with large wardrobes, but we save ourselves the inconvenience of having to judge the size of every new wardrobe we encounter.

Being Openly Sadistic

An interesting aspect of the current virus hysteria is the way it's revealing the true nature of the ruling class. Politicians are shamelessly open about their psychopathic tendencies. The UK health secretary Sajid Javid revealed this back in September. He saw nothing wrong in coercing and bullying people into compliance. None of his colleagues saw anything wrong or unusual in this either, and the average UK citizen found it within acceptable behavior.

We're so used to politicians behaving like schoolyard bullies that no-one bats an eye when this is revealed and admitted in public. But it appears that openly sadistic tendencies are still considered taboo. Blinking out a ten percent minority to bully and torture is not considered fair. Emmanuel Macron has learned this the hard way. His desire to make life miserable for some seven million French people has not resulted in the boost in popularity that he hoped for.

However, we shouldn't be too quick to conclude from this that sadism is outside the scope of acceptable political behavior. Part of the backlash may have had more to do with the prospect of unending boosters for all Frenchmen than genuine compassion for others. Macron's desire to torture the unvaccinated is not limited to hardline anti-vaccine folks. He will gladly expand this "service" to include anyone reluctant to take their boosters in the future.

People's reactions would probably have been different if Macron's remarks had been directed towards a limited group that people felt certain that they would never fall into themselves. Macron's mistake was not so much to reveal his inner sadist, but the fact that few are absolutely certain that they will not be targeted themselves. To play it safe, many will choose to cast their vote for someone a little less open about their sadistic tendencies in the upcoming elections.
