Ever since I was a kid in kindergarten, I've been amazed by the tendency among people to invert through questionable logic and premises, what should be otherwise self-evident and easy to figure out.
Everywhere, I came across hierarchies based on fringe and irrelevant considerations. Instead of merit, people were ordered according to age and other irrelevant factors, and where there was merit to be applauded, talented individuals would be saddled with all sorts of minor tasks.
Little did I know as a child that this wasn't merely a prevalent mode of operation. In some places, it's by far the dominant mode, and it's been like this since biblical times. All large social structures get infested by this sort of inversion, and the reason for this is simple. The majority of people aren't very talented, so there's a preference for arbitrary rules based on things that aren't natural or immediately clear.
By extension, we get a tendency to invert all sorts of things. Orwell wrote about this in his 1984 where war is peace, slavery is freedom and weakness is strength. The more things get inverted, the easier it is to maintain a hierarchy of power based on nothing but heredity and association.
When perfected, this mode of operation becomes religion, in competition with true religion. All morals become inverted. Everything natural becomes bad, and everything artificial and contrived becomes good. We end up with Lucifer's inversion where everything that we intuitively understand as good is deemed bad through elaborate arguments based on lies and deception.
We see this everywhere these days, especially when it comes to the plague where all that's healthy and good is being banned in order to heal us from something that we haven't caught. Healthy and fit, we're told to sit indoors with our airways covered. We're told to keep friends and family at a distance.
Only the old and weak get seriously ill from the plague, yet we're told to spray the hands of children with disinfectant, as if they are some kind of pest. Kids have to wear masks at school, and they must all take the vaccine for the good of their parents and grandparents. The age old ethos that adults must protect and support children at all cost has been inverted. It's now the children that have to give up their liberties so that adults can be free.
The introduction of vaccine passports are further proof of this inversion. This document will link our very existence to the state's arbitrary verdicts, yet it's haled as freedom. But only slaves requires permission from a master to travel, do business and interact socially in society. As Orwell predicted, slavery has become freedom, at least in the minds of many of our fellow men.
Everywhere we look, we see ethics and value inverted, and it's now so overwhelming that it may seem futile to resist. However, Lucifer's inversion never works. God, aka nature and reality, will always bring Lucifer down. When everything is inverted, it collapses under its own weight. This has been the case throughout history, and now is no exception.
