Three Types of Energy Manifestation

In my discussion on energy, I have encountered three distinct ways in which energy can manifest itself.

1. The most basic manifestation of energy is the photon. It appears to manifests itself as vibration. The more intense it vibrates, the more energy it holds.
2. The other basic manifestation of energy is matter. This is condensed energy. High energy photons can produce electron-positron pairs that can be combined into matter.
3. Once formed, matter can absorb or release low energy photons by changing their size. This is how matter changes its kinetic, potential and chemical energy.
