All Time Delay is Inertia

In the Velcro universe, everything is tied up to particles in some way.

This means that any physical phenomenon can be traced back to the four particles that constitutes the universe.

These are the neutrino, the photon, the electron and the proton. Of these, only the electron and the proton have inertia. The neutrino and photon react instantaneously to change in energy, so they have no inertia.

From this we can say with certainty that any delay in action must be due to either the electron or proton, because there is no other source of time delay.

In electronics, time delays are mainly due to electrons, while the main source of inertia in mechanics are protons. Either way, all time delay is inertia.
